We build community and connect teachers with volunteers and resources to enhance Tanglen for all of its students. Everyone, including prospective parents, is welcome at our PTO meetings and events.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Meetings

Our meetings include updates by teaching staff, budget updates and financial information, info about events and upcoming opportunities for volunteers. We also invite a number of informative guest speakers throughout the year.

We meet the 2nd Monday of September, November, January, March & May- at 6:30 p.m. in the Tanglen Media Center. Childcare is always provided at no cost. Please join us!

Tanglen PTO Information

Visit the Tanglen PTO website for more information about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. In addition, visit the Tanglen School Store for a variety of Tanglen and Hopkins spirit wear. Sponsored by the PTO and our neighborhood community partner Mill City Credit Union, 100% of the proceeds from the store support the PTO.

Keep your eye out for our cart to make special appearances at school events. When you shop online, items can be delivered to your classroom within a few days.
